About Me
As a service designer and researcher with extensive experience in healthcare design, I believe that great design comes from empowering and actively collaborating with stakeholders who will be directly impacted by new innovations. Working co-creatively rather than implementing top-down solutions, I utilize a variety of ethnographic research methods, such as conducting interviews and leading co-design workshops, to ensure that projects take into account a variety of perspectives and all stakeholders’ needs.

I am also a professor at Parsons School of Design. In my free time, I enjoy flipping furniture and taking long walks.
